An Evening Beyond Work
There are technical events. There are workshops. And then there are evenings that remind us why community truly matters.
Our recent Iftar gathering was one of those special evenings.
More than 120 engineers from different companies came together, not to discuss drawings or debate specifications, but simply to sit together as people.
Client representatives sat beside consultants. Contractors spoke with designers. Old colleagues reconnected after many years. New faces were introduced. Contact numbers were exchanged. Laughter was shared over a meal.
It was simple.
It was warm.
It was real.
Conversations That Matter
The evening was filled with relaxed, meaningful conversations, stories about projects, struggles, growth, and journeys. Some spoke about their early days in the UAE. Others reflected on how the industry has evolved over time. And in between every conversation, there was laughter.
What made the evening truly meaningful was not the venue or the food, but the feeling of belonging.
In an industry where we often meet under pressure, deadlines, and site challenges, this gathering gave everyone a chance to pause. To see each other beyond job titles. To connect as human beings first and professionals second.
